Medical Description
Innocycline Dry powder for injection is an antibiotic used for complicated bacterial infections of the skin and soft tissues, the abdomen, and pneumonia acquired outside a hospital. It contains tigecycline, an antibiotic related to the tetracycline group. Tigecycline enters bacteria and blocks the protein production they need to grow, helping the immune system clear susceptible infection. Innocycline Dry powder for injection is prepared and given into a vein by a doctor or nurse in a hospital or clinic, and is used only after medical assessment.
