Hemolit cream is a combination medicine used for the treatment of haemorrhoids or piles. It contains Calcium dobesilate, Lidocaine, Zinc oxide, Phenylephrine, Troxerutin and Hydrocortisone as active
ingredients. It helps in relieving symptoms like itching, swelling, pain, rectal irritation or rectal bleeding associated with piles. Along with the medication, a high fibrous diet and stool softeners can be more effective. You should also avoid using it on large areas of skin or for a prolonged period and follow the recommended dosage regimen. Avoid performing activities that require continuous sitting as sitting may exacerbate pain due to piles. Maintain proper hygiene condition while applying this cream.

- Hemolit cream is a combination of six different active components. The collective action of each ingredient helps in relieving symptoms of piles and anal fissures.
- Hydrocortisone is a steroid. It works by blocking or reducing the action of some natural substances that causes pain, swelling and irritation.
- Phenylephrine works by narrowing the blood vessels of the affected area and thus helps in relieving swelling and may reduce bleeding and pain.
- Zinc oxide acts as a skin protectant. It acts as a barrier and protects the anal skin from irritants.
- Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic. It acts on nerves and blocks the conduction of pain sensations for a short duration of time, Thereby helps in reducing pain sensation.
- Calcium dobesilate acts by protecting the blood vessels of the anal and lowest part of the rectum area. It decreases the blood viscosity so that blood can easily flow through the blood vessels of the anal area and promotes normal blood flow. Thereby helps in reducing the swelling....
