Gynazol 100 MG Description
Gynazol capsule is used for the treatment of endometriosis amenable to hormonal management. The medication is also used in treating irregular periods, fibrocystic breast and painful menstruation. Do
not take more than the prescribed dose. If you observe any severe side effects, contact your doctor immediately or rush to the nearest hospital. Store the medication in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Before starting the treatment, give a detailed account of your medical history and current medications.

Mode of Action of Gynazol 100 MG
How Does It Work?
Gynecol capsule contains danazol, an antiestrogenic medication; the medication works by anti-progesterone effect and causes atrophy of the endometrium, which decreases the symptoms of endometriosis.
Directions for Use of Gynazol 100 MG
- Take the medication in the dose and for the duration advised by your doctor
- Do not chew, crush or break the capsule in half
- Swallow the capsule as a whole with a glass of water
- Do not stop the medication treatment if your symptoms decrease
- Do not open the capsule or remove the content of the capsules
Interactions of Gynazol 100 MG
Interactions with other medicines
- Please avoid using this medication with anticoagulants as it can increase prothrombin time
- Patients with diabetes can develop insulin resistance with this medication
- Avoid using this medication with tacrolimus or cyclosporin, increasing renal toxicity
- Using simvastatin with this medicine can increase the risk of myopathy and rhabdomyolysis
- Avoid using this medication with oral contraceptives

- Store below 30°C in a cool and dry place
- Keep the medication away from moisture and direct sunlight

Dosage of Gynazol 100 MG
Overdose
