Fosirol sachet contains Fosfomycin, an antibiotic used to treat urinary tract infections in women. Infection can be caused due to various susceptible strains of bacteria. Fosirol sachet works by inhi

biting the growth of the bacterial cell wall thus leading to its death. It should not be used in children below 12 years of age.
