  • Phenylephrine, when given with tricyclic antidepressants, may enhance the effects of anticholinergic medicines
  • Concomitant use of phenylephrine with decongestants may enhance the cardiovascular effects of decongestants
  • Phenylephrine should not be given with vasodilators, beta-blockers, or enzyme inducers
  • Coadministration of fexofenadine hydrochloride and erythromycin has been found to increase the level of fexofenadine in plasma
  • Administration of antacid containing aluminium and magnesium hydroxide before taking fexofenadine may reduce the bioavailability of fexofenadine
  • Prolonged use of paracetamol with anticoagulants like warfarin increases the risk of bleeding
  • Metoclopramide, when taken with paracetamol, may increase the speed of absorption of paracetamol
  • Colestyramine may reduce the absorption of paracetamol if given within one hour of paracetamol
