Medical Description

Fertyl F tablet is a nutritional supplement for preconception and reproductive health support. It contains a combination of folate, iron as ferrous gluconate, vitamin b6, vitamin b12, zinc, D-chiroinositol, myo-inositol, L-arginine, melatonin, astaxanthin and lycopene. Folate, iron and vitamins support cell division and blood formation, while the inositols, arginine, melatonin and plant nutrients provide additional nutritional support for reproductive function. Swallow Fertyl F tablet by mouth with water as advised by a healthcare professional; it does not guarantee ovulation, conception or a healthy pregnancy.

  • Preconception nutrition: Folate, iron and other nutrients support nutritional needs before pregnancy while a clinician reviews the full formulation.
  • Folate support for early development: Folate contributes to normal cell division around conception, but this supplement does not replace pregnancy care.
  • Reproductive health support: Inositols and L-arginine provide nutritional support for ovarian and reproductive function without promising ovulation or conception.
  • Support during fertility care: The combination may complement a clinician-guided fertility plan alongside assessment and any prescribed treatment.

Precautions and Warnings

Pregnancy

Pregnancy

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or trying to conceive. Use Fertyl F tablet only after the full formulation has been reviewed, and do not continue it after pregnancy begins unless advised.

Breast Feeding

Breast Feeding

Tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding before using Fertyl F tablet. The complete combination, including melatonin and iron, should be reviewed for suitability.

Driving

Driving

Melatonin may cause sleepiness or reduced alertness. Do not drive or use machinery if you feel drowsy, dizzy or less alert.

Alcohol

Alcohol

Avoid alcohol if it worsens drowsiness or stomach upset, and ask your clinician whether it is suitable with your treatment plan.

Directions for Use

Swallow Fertyl F tablet whole with sufficient water and use it only as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not crush or share the tablet unless a pharmacist confirms that this is suitable. Do not combine it with another fertility, iron, folate or prenatal supplement without advice.

Storage and disposal

Keep Fertyl F tablets in the original tightly closed container away from heat, moisture and direct light. Keep them out of children's reach because accidental iron ingestion can be dangerous. Do not use damaged or expired tablets, and ask a pharmacist about disposal.

Quick Tips

  • Use Fertyl F tablet only for an identified nutritional need and do not share it.
  • Check all other prenatal, iron, folate, vitamin and sleep products for overlapping ingredients.
  • Keep the product away from children because iron poisoning can be serious.
  • Tell your doctor about all fertility treatment, blood-thinning medicines and diabetes treatment.
  • Seek emergency medical help for facial swelling, breathing difficulty, fainting, severe abdominal pain or repeated vomiting.

Dosage

Overdose

Excess intake may cause stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, drowsiness or serious iron poisoning, especially in a child. If you think you have taken too much of this product, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

Missed a Dose

If you missed any dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed one.

How does this medicine work?

Folate supports cell division and early development, while ferrous gluconate supplies iron for haemoglobin formation. Vitamin b12 and vitamin b6 support blood-cell production and normal nerve function, and zinc supports normal cell and reproductive functions. D-chiroinositol and myo-inositol participate in insulin-related cell signalling, while L-arginine may support blood flow. Melatonin, astaxanthin and lycopene provide additional nutritional compounds, but this combination cannot guarantee ovulation, conception or pregnancy outcome.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicines

Some medicines can affect the way Fertyl F tablet works. Tell your doctor about all the medicines, vitamins and supplements you take. In particular, mention sedatives and sleep medicines because melatonin may add drowsiness; diabetes medicines because inositols and arginine may affect blood sugar; blood-thinning medicines because some ingredients may affect bleeding; iron products and prenatal supplements because nutrients can be duplicated; and thyroid medicines or some antibiotics because iron can reduce their absorption.

Interactions with food items

Tea, coffee, calcium-rich foods and some antacids can reduce iron absorption. Tell your doctor about restricted diets and supplements, and ask how to use the product if it upsets your stomach.
