Esclo Forte Tab belongs to a class of anti-anxiety medications. It is used in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Anxiety affects your daily life by feeling fearful and apprehensive about the future.
Esclo Forte Tab contains two medicines: clonazepam and escitalopram. Both of these medications are used for treating anxiety disorders. The effects of clonazepam increase the effect of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which can decrease brain activity. Escitalopram raises serotonin levels in the brain. The combination of these medicines can improve mood, behaviour, and memory in patients suffering from anxiety. Common side effects of Esclo Forte Tab are nausea that is feeling sick, headache, dizziness, confusion, drowsiness, fatigue, sleeping problems, breathlessness, poor coordination of movements, stomach upset, and decreased low libido (low sexual desire) and memory problems. Side effects are usually not severe and go away as your body adapts to the medication. If they persist or cause you concern, speak with your doctor. Usually, these side-effects improve with the discontinuation of treatment. However, do not abruptly stop taking Esclo Forte Tab. Your doctor may gradually reduce the dose before stopping the medicine. Abrupt stoppage may lead to withdrawal symptoms such as flu-like symptoms, headache, dizziness, insomnia, etc.

- If you bruise easily.
