- If you are allergic to Clobetasol, Miconazole or any of the ingredients in Enderm Gm Cream.
- If you have acne, an infection on the face, mouth, private parts, etc.
- If you have any untreated skin infection or skin thinning problem.

- You are suffering from any liver problems.
- You experience an allergic skin reaction after using this medicine.
- You develop other infections or skin reactions after applying Enderm Gm Cream.
- You are applying this medicine on a cut or broken skin or on a larger skin area.
- You should avoid getting any Cream into your eyes, eyelids, nose, mouth, open wounds, etc. In case of such an exposure, you should wash the affected part thoroughly with water.
- You are also applying other topical medicines (Cream, ointment, lotion, etc).
- You do not notice any improvement in your condition after applying this medicine for a week.
- In case your eyes come in contact with this Cream, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.
- Do not use this medicine for any condition other than prescribed by the doctor.
- Do not apply Enderm Gm Cream for a prolonged duration on a larger skin area or more than the prescribed duration.
- Do not stop using this medicine before you complete the treatment.
Mode of Action
How Does It Work?
- Enderm Gm Cream works by the combined action of its components - Clobetasol and Miconazole.
- Clobetasol is a steroid, which works by blocking the production of certain chemical substances in the body (prostaglandins) which cause itching, swelling and redness.
- Miconazole is an antifungal agent, it stops the growth of fungi by inhibiting the formation of a fungal cell wall component.

Interactions with other medicines

- Enderm Gm Cream should be used with caution along with ritonavir (used in HIV infection), itraconazole (used to treat fungal infections), warfarin (blood thinner) as it may increase the risk of having side effects....
