- If you are allergic to Ceftriaxone, Sodium Edetate, Sulbactam Sodium or any other ingredients of Elores 1.5gm injection.
- If you are allergic to a class of medicines known as cephalosporin.
- If you are allergic to medicines like penicillins, monobactams and carbapenems.
- If a newborn is suffering from jaundice or is on calcium injection treatment.
- If a newborn is suffering from increased bilirubin in the blood.
- Elores 1.5gm injection should not be given to premature babies.

- Elores 1.5gm injection works by the combined action of all its components.
- Ceftriaxone is an antibiotic that works by stopping the formation of the cell wall of the bacteria and thus killing the bacteria which causes infection.
- Sodium edetate is an adjuvant and Sulbactam irreversibly inhibits a chemical substance β-lactamase produced by bacterial cells, which decreases the antibiotic activity, thus prevent the reduction of the Ceftriaxone activity when used in combination....
