Dulex 20mg Capsule is used primarily to manage anxiety and depression. It is also used to assist in diabetic nerve pain, stress urinary incontinence, neuropathic pain, and fibromyalgia. This caps
ule works by increasing the levels of chemical messengers like serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain, which help maintain a proper mental balance. It ultimately stops the pain signals from reaching the brain. It has side effects like blurred vision, constipation, decreased libido, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, fatigue, insomnia, lethargy, nausea, sexual dysfunction, weakness, and increased thirst.

Contraindications
- Allergy – The medication is not recommended for known allergies to duloxetine or other active ingredients present in this formulation.
- Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors - The medication is not recommended for patients on monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI). It may increase the risk of severe and life-threatening side effects from the medication. If the medicine needs to be taken urgently, the patient should maintain a time gap of at least 14 days between stopping the therapy with MAOIs and starting the Dulex 20 mg capsule....
- Narrow-Angle Glaucoma – The medication is not recommended for patients with a history of narrow-angle glaucoma since it may worsen the patient’s condition.
- Before taking Dulex 20mg Capsule, you should inform your doctor, especially in a kidney disorder or a heart or liver condition. The patient with a history of seizures (fits or epilepsy) shouldn’t take the medication. In case of any unusual mood changes or behavioural changes, worsening of depression or new depression, or in case of suicidal thoughts, inform your doctor immediately...

Directions for Use
