Dolosafe Tablet
Dolosafe Tablet Description
Dolosafe tablet is a prescription painkiller. This medicine is prescribed for use in people with moderate to severe pain. Pain is an uncomfortable feeling mediated by chemical substances in the body.
It occurs in response to an injury, tissue damage, or disease. There can be many types of pain. Their location and type decide the painkiller to be used. The active ingredients in Dolosafe tablets are Tramadol and Paracetamol. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic that binds to the opioid receptors in the body to help control pain. It also increases the levels of certain chemical mediators such as serotonin and norepinephrine that help to reduce the pain sensation. Paracetamol is used to control pain and reduce fever due to its action on prostaglandins. Its role in pain control is due to its action in the central nervous system (CNS) to promote the synthesis of serotonin. Directions for use of Dolosafe tablets should be strictly followed. It should be taken in the dose and for the duration prescribed. Dolosafe tablets are habit-forming. In case of any side effects, it is recommended to consult a medical professional. Some common side effects of Dolosafe pills include nausea, vomiting, increased sweating, drowsiness, and liver damage.
