Docetero injection is an anticancer medication used to treat breast cancer, prostate cancer, gastric cancer, and head and neck cancer. It may be administered alone or in combination with other anticancer medications. The active ingredient in this injection is docetaxel. - You experience abnormal swellings due to excess accumulation of fluid in the body, pain, tingling, or burning in the hands and feet, skin rashes, etc. after taking the injection.
