Medical Description

Disperzyme tablets are used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and joint pain. They contain a combination of trypsin and bromelain (enzymes) and rutoside (an antioxidant). Disperzyme has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Take Disperzyme tablets as directed by your doctor. If you experience any side effects or discomfort while using this medication, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

Avoid taking Disperzyme Tablet if you are allergic to its ingredients. Pregnant women should refrain from using this medication, as bromelain, one of its active components, may increase the likelihood of miscarriage. If you are pregnant or planning to conceive, consult your doctor before starting this medication.

Discontinue the use of Disperzyme Tablet at least two weeks prior to any scheduled surgery, as it may elevate the risk of bleeding. How Does It Work?

  • Tab disperzyme acts by the combined action of bromelain, trypsin and rutoside.
  • Bromelain and trypsin have anti-inflammatory properties. They act by increasing the blood supply to the affected area, thus reducing the pain and swelling; also decreases the movement to inflammatory cells thereby enhancing the healing process respectively.
  • Rutoside has an antioxidant and anti-platelet aggregation property, which prevents the formation of free radical thus prevents cell damage and avoids gathering of the platelets, further improving blood circulation and fastens the wound healing.

  • Disperzyme tablets may interact with other medicines and produce an altered response. Please tell your doctor if you are using any other medicines, over-the-counter medicines (that you buy without a prescription) and herbal preparations.
  • In particular, if you are taking medicines used in heart diseases such as aspirin, clopidogrel, painkiller medicines, etc.
