Dermigen Nf cream is a medication used to treat various skin infections. It contains a combination of active substances, including clobetasol, itraconazole, ofloxacin, and ornidazole, which work together to reduce infection, swelling, and irritation. It's important to note that you should only use Dermigen Nf cream to treat the skin condition prescribed by your doctor.
Dermigen Nf cream is meant for external use only and must be applied as directed. Before using it, it's important to inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, and to provide details about your medical history. It should not be used in children under the age of one.
Uses
Contraindications
- If you are allergic to clobetasol, itraconazole, ofloxacin, ornidazole, or any other ingredient of Dermigen Nf cream.
- If you are allergic to any quinolone antibiotics like ciprofloxacin, nitroimidazole derivatives like metronidazole, or anti-fungal medicines like ketoconazole. If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor.
- If you have skin conditions like acne, severe flushing of skin on and around your nose (rosacea), or spotty red rash around your mouth (perioral dermatitis).
- If you have itching around your anus or genitals.
- If you have itchy skin which is not inflamed.
- If you are using this medicine to treat skin infections in your child under one year of age.

- You have any condition that decreases the amount of acid in your stomach.
- You are applying the cream under an airtight dressing or to a large skin area.
- You are applying the cream on broken or damaged skin or within skin folds.
- You have a skin condition called psoriasis.
- You are using the medicine for a chronic leg ulcer.
- You are applying Dermigen Nf cream near the eyes or on eyelids.
- You are applying the medicine to thin skin, such as the face.
- You develop an infection after using Dermigen Nf cream.
- You notice changes in your vision, like blurred vision, after using Dermigen Nf cream.
- You have a condition called cystic fibrosis that causes problems with breathing, digestion, and reproduction.
Directions for Use
- Dermigen Nf cream is meant for external use only.
- Use it as recommended by your doctor.
- Clean and dry your hands before and after applying the medicine.
- Apply a thin layer of this medicine on the affected area and gently rub it into the skin.
- In case your eyes come in contact with the cream, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.
