Medical Description

Deriva-BPO gel is used for treating acne or pimples. It contains a combination of two medicines - adapalene and benzoyl peroxide as active components. This medicine should not be used if you are allergic to any of its components or are pregnant.

Before using Deriva-BPO gel, wash your hands. Only apply to the affected regions of the skin. Before using, it is best to read the label for instructions. Skin irritation, itching, burning, and feeling at the application site are the most typical side effects. Inform your doctor if this adverse effect persists for an extended period of time.

If you accidentally get this gel in your eyes, ears, nose, or mouth, immediately rinse them with water. Notify your doctor if you observe any darkening or discolouration of the treated skin, as well as a strong burning sensation.

Deriva-BPO is for external applications only. Use this gel exactly as instructed by the doctor. Do not use more or apply it more often than recommended by your doctor. Deriva-BPO gel is not recommended for children below 9 years of age.
