Darzalex Faspro 1800mg Vial Of 15ml Injection
Description
Darzalex injection is used in the treatment of multiple myeloma, which is a type of cancer that affects plasma cells. It contains daratumumab, an anticancer medication that targets abnormal cell growth. Darzalex injection can be administered alone or in combination with other cancer treatments.
Infusion reactions, such as a swollen face, lips, mouth, tongue, or throat, along with difficulty swallowing or breathing, are common side effects of this medication. Darzalex injection may decrease the number of blood cells, particularly white blood cells, increasing the risk of infections. Therefore, regular blood tests are necessary to monitor blood cell levels while you are taking this medication. Darzalex injection is not recommended for individuals under the age of 18.
It's important to inform your healthcare team about all medications you are currently using, as many other medicines can interact with this one. This medicine is not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. To prevent pregnancy, it is essential for both males and females to use effective contraception throughout the treatment.
