Czep H Tab 10'S tab is an antidepressant medicine. The common uses of Czep H Tab 10'S tab are to treat moderative to severe levels of depression and anxiety. In addition, it is also used to treat mig
raines, tension headaches, anxiety attacks, some schizophrenic symptoms, aggressive and violent behaviour. An individual suffering from depression experiences chronic sadness due to interactions between genetic and psychological factors and environmental stressors. Anxiety is the body's natural reaction to stress, in which the feeling of fear may become intense and crippling. It is a mental health disorder characterised by feelings of anxiety, worry, or fear that interferes with everyday activities. In some cases, withdrawal symptoms of Czep H Tab 10'S such as dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and bloating may occur. Mode of Action
How Does It Work?
The Czep H Tab 10'S contains a tricyclic antidepressant and chlordiazepoxide, both used for treating depression. Amitriptyline increases chemical messengers in the brain that help regulate one's mood, making it easier to cope with depression. A benzodiazepine (BZD), chlordiazepoxide, causes the brain's nerve cells to become less active by increasing the production of GABA. This chemical messenger suppresses the excessive and abnormal activity of the neurons in the brain....

- Czep H Tab 10'S can be taken with or without food.
- Follow your physician's instructions precisely.
- Do not swallow Czep H Tab 10'S crushed or chewed.
- Swallow Czep H Tab 10'S whole with a glass of water.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- When tricyclic antidepressants like Czep H tab are combined with serotonin-enhancing drugs like fluoxetine, sertraline, dangerous elevations in serotonin may occur and can be life-threatening.
- Czep H tab can reverse the effect of antihypertensive medications. Therefore they cannot be used together.
- Czep H tab with anticonvulsants may carry a high risk of adverse heart effects. So they cannot be used together.
- Taking Czep H tab and anti-thyroid-like levothyroxine medicines together may have adverse effects like palpitations, changes in pulse rate, dizziness, or excessive sweating.
