Mode of Action of Cosklot Mf Strip Of 10 Tablets
How Does It Work?
Tranexamic acid and mefenamic Acid are combined in the Cosklot MF Tablet. Tranexamic acid is a fibrinolytic inhibitor, which prevents the disintegration of blood clots during periods to control excessive bleeding. Mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the generation of particular chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that induce pain....

- Cosklot may reduce the antihypertensive impact of ACE inhibitors (molecules used to lower blood pressure)
- The use of Cosklot MF tablet increases in plasma lithium levels and a decrease in renal lithium clearance
- Warfarin and Cosklot MF tablet when consumed together causes GI bleeding
