Medical Description

Colimex drops are a medicine for children. They are used to alleviate stomach and abdominal pain, cramps, bloating, and excess gas. Colimex consists of two medications, dicycloverine and simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that relaxes the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, which helps with colic and other gastrointestinal problems such as pain, cramps, and bloating. Simethicone is an antiflatulent that breaks up gas bubbles in the digestive tract, making it easier for the gas to pass through the intestines and be expelled. It is crucial to follow the recommended dosage, and not to exceed the prescribed amount.

Cyclopam drops also contain dicycloverine and simethicone. Colimex drops are typically given in small doses to infants and young children, usually mixed with water or milk. The dosage and duration of treatment may differ depending on the child's age, weight, and the severity of their symptoms. Directions for Use of COLIMEX BOTTLE OF 10ML ORAL DROPS

Give the Colimex oral drops as advised by your doctor.
Fill the enclosed dropper to the recommended dosage level and dispense the liquid slowly into the baby's mouth.
Dosage can also be mixed with a cup of cool water, infant formula or other suitable liquids.
Clean the dropper well after each use and replace the original cap. Shake it well before every use.
