Clomeva NC tablet is a prescription combination used to support ovulation and fertility in selected women who have difficulty becoming pregnant, including some women with polycystic ovary syndrome. It contains clomiphene, which encourages the ovary to release an egg, ubidecarenone, also called coenzyme Q10, which provides antioxidant support, and N-acetylcysteine, which helps make cervical mucus less thick. Together, these ingredients support egg development and the reproductive treatment plan. Clomeva NC tablet is taken by mouth only under a fertility specialist's supervision, with pregnancy excluded before treatment begins.
