Candiskin Cream
Description
Candiskin cream is an ointment for treating a variety of skin infections. Clotrimazole is the primary component of Candiskin cream. It reduces fungal skin infections such as ringworm, athlete’s foot,
nappy rash, sweat rash, and vaginal thrush. Candiskin cream is also used to treat pityriasis, a skin disorder (flaking or scaling). The fungus that causes the infection is destroyed by Candiskin cream. Candiskin cream kills the infection by letting holes in the cell membrane to open, allowing the virus's components to escape. The fungus is killed, and the condition is cured. This cream is for external use only. Side effects like itching, irritation and dryness can be observed but are usually temporary. If these side effects do not go away, consult your doctor. The course of treatment should be completed for best results.
