Uses
- Calcium Sandoz Injection is used as a nutritional supplement where the intake of calcium from food is inadequate.
- It is also used for the treatment of calcium deficiency in certain medical conditions involving bone loss, weak bones, certain muscle problems etc.
Contraindications
- If you are allergic to this medicine or any other ingredients of Calcium Sandoz Injection
- If your doctor tells you that your blood calcium level is high
- If your urine contains high calcium
- If you have severe kidney disease or severe heart disease
- If you have kidney disease and require repeated or prolonged treatment with this medicine
