How Does It Work?
The medication consists of ambroxol, terbutaline, guaifenesin and menthol. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that treats the mucus breakdown and makes breathing easier. Tertburaline is a beta 2-adrenergic bronchodilator that relaxes the bronchial lung muscle for treating the cough. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that works by releasing the phlegm from the lungs to clear the lungs from coughing, and menthol is added to treat the throat irritation, which can be caused due to excessive coughing....
