• If you are allergic to brimonidine, timolol, or any of the ingredients of this eye drop
• If you have asthma or a history of severe breathing problems
• If you have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
• If you have a slow heart rate, heart block, or severe heart failure
• If you have cardiogenic shock or serious heart rhythm disorders
• If you are using monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors or certain antidepressants (such as tricyclic antidepressants)
• If you have severe hypersensitivity reactions affecting the eyes or skin
• If you are a child or infant for whom this medicine is not prescribed

• Mild burning or stinging in the eye
• Eye redness or dryness
• Blurred vision for a short time after use
• Headache or feeling tired

Other General Warnings

• You have kidney disease, have had a kidney transplant, or have liver disease.
• You have a history of heart problems such as slow heartbeat, heart failure, or irregular heart rhythm.m
• You have breathing disorders like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
• You have low blood pressure or problems related to poor blood circulation
• You have diabetes, as this medicine may mask symptoms of low blood sugar
• You have thyroid disorders, as symptoms of an overactive thyroid gland may be hidden
• You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
• You are taking other eye medicines or medicines for blood pressure or heart conditions
• You have had eye surgery recently or have an eye infection or injury
• You develop worsening eye redness, swelling, pain, or vision changes during use

• Use Bromostar T eye drop exactly as prescribed by your doctor
• Wash your hands before applying eye drop
• Instil the eye drop into the affected eye without touching the dropper tip
• Close your eyes gently for a few seconds after application
• If you use other eye drops, keep a gap of at least 5–10 minutes
