Interactions with other medicines

  • Bilalife M may interact with lipid-lowering agents like gemfibrozil to increase the plasma concentrations of montelukast
  • Bilastine in Bilalife M may interact with cyclosporine, ritonavir, and rifampicin
  • Phenytoin, phenobarbital and rifampicin may decrease the plasma concentration of montelukast
  • Ketoconazole, erythromycin, diltiazem may increase the concentration of bilastine
