ontelukast as its active ingredient. This medicine acts by blocking the release of the chemical substance responsible for allergic symptoms. How Does It Work?

Montelukast blocks certain natural substances called leukotrienes, which may cause allergies. It reduces swelling, relaxes airways and helps to make breathing easier.
Bilastine blocks the action of a natural substance called histamine. Histamine is produced by the body during the event of an allergic reaction.
The combined action of these two components present in the Bilagra M tablet helps in relieving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis or hay fever.
