Betacap Tr 120mg Cap composition has propranolol hydrochloride as its main ingredient. Propranolol is a beta blocker that acts on the heart and circulation in the body. Doctors usually prescibe Betacap Tr 120mg Cap for high blood pressure among other conditions.
