Artholep soap is a personal-care preparation applied to the skin to provide local warmth and comfort for stiff joints and sore muscles. It is a combination of a wax base and traditional herbal preparations, including sunthi, nirgundi, prasarini, kuchala, vacha, punarnava and other plant materials. When melted and spread in layers, the wax retains warmth over the selected area, while the herbal ingredients provide a warming or soothing sensation. It is for external use only and should be applied to intact skin as directed.
