Amicline 500 tablet is an antiprotozoal medicine that is used to treat intestinal infections caused by microorganisms. Amicline 500 tablet contains diloxanide furoate as an active ingredient. This medicine works by preventing the microorganism called entamoeba histolytica parasite from growing and spreading in the body. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as recommended by your doctor. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Do not stop taking this medicine even if you feel better within a few days. Always finish the course of prescribed medicines for effective treatment. Before taking Amicline 500 tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, breastfeeding, and about your complete medical history. This medicine should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
