Uses
- According to CDSCO, Delto 0.5 mg tablet can be used for managing anxiety disorder, anxiety associated with depression, and panic disorders with or without agoraphobia (fear of open or crowded places).

Directions for Use

- Take this tablet as a whole with a glass of water.

Interactions with other medicines
- If you are taking antifungal medication like itraconazole or ketoconazole, do not mix them with the Alzolam tablet.
- Taking antidepressants or mood-elevating medications like fluoxetine or desipramine can cause adverse effects when mixed with Alzolam tablets.
- Alzolam tablets can reduce the effect of oral contraceptives or birth control pills.
- Do not mix Alzolam with antihistamines, as it can increase drowsiness, fatigue, etc.
- Do not take other sedatives like sertraline, enhancing the side effects.
Interactions with food items
- Avoid taking grapefruit and its juice; it reduces the effect of this medicine.
- Avoid taking St John’s wort, a medicinal herb that treats depression, with this medicine.
