Albonox L tablets are a combination medicine used to treat certain parasitic worm infections. They contain albendazole, which deprives worms of the sugar they need for energy, and levamisole, which reduces worm muscle activity and causes paralysis. This allows the body to clear the affected worms. Albonox L tablets are taken by mouth with or after food only when a doctor has selected them for the suspected infection.
