Medical Description

Airtec Fb Metered-Dose Inhaler is a combination medicine used for the treatment and management of respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains formoterol and budesonide as active ingredients. Formoterol is a long-acting bronchodilator, while budesonide is an inhaled steroid that works by relaxing the airway muscles and reducing inflammation, thereby easing breathing. This medicine is employed when asthma cannot be adequately controlled by other short-acting medications and inhaled steroids. You should not increase the dose or discontinue the treatment on your own, even if you feel better, as this may reduce the treatment's effectiveness or lead to side effects. Inform your doctor if you are already taking any other medications for any other condition. Rinse your mouth 15 minutes after using this inhaler to maintain oral hygiene and prevent oral infections.
