Actibile Tablet when orally administered increases the concentration of Ursodiol and becomes a major biliary acid. Thus, replaces the toxic concentrations of endogenous hydrophobic bile acids that get accumulated in cholestatic liver disease....
Directions for Use of Actibile 150 MG
Actibile Tablet is administered orally, around 2-4 times with food. Consult your doctor regarding its dosage.
Interactions of Actibile 150 MG
Interactions with other medicines
- Bile acid sequestering agents may reduce the absorption of Ursodiol.
- The absorption of Ursodiol maybe decreased by aluminum-based antacids.
- Estrogens, oral contraceptives, and clofibrate (lipid-lowering medicines) may counteract the effect of Ursodiol.
- If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Actibile Tablet.
Storage and disposal of Actibile 150 MG
Store at 20ºC to 25ºC in a cool and dry place.

- No Actibile Tablet overdose incidents, unintentional or purposeful have been observed.
