Aceret Capsule is an anti-psoriasis medication. It contains acitretin as the active substance. Aceret Capsule is used in the treatment of psoriasis - severe skin problems where the skin has become th
ick and scaly and which does not respond properly to other treatments. Take Aceret Capsule in the exact dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. Before starting Aceret Capsule, inform your doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding and about your complete medical history.

- Aceret Capsule is used to treat psoriasis together with a dry, scaling, waxy rash.
- It is also used for the treatment of other skin disorders like ichthyosis (a condition where keratin is deposited in cells and the cells become horny like nails and hair), pityriasis (disorder in which a skin rash occurs), and other skin conditions where small elevations of skin and mucosa (lichen ruber) occur....
Contraindications of Aceret 25 MG
- If you are allergic to acitretin or to other retinoid medicines or any of the other ingredients of Aceret Capsule.
- If you are taking an antibiotic called tetracycline or a medicine called methotrexate (used in the treatment of cancer, psoriasis, and rheumatoid arthritis). If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor. ...
- If you are pregnant, there is a chance you could become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
- If you have liver or kidney problems.
- If you have high levels of fat or cholesterol in your blood.
- If you use other retinoid medicines or medicines, vitamins, or foods that contain high levels of vitamin A (more than 5000 IU per day).
- If you are taking a contraceptive pill that has only a low progesterone content.
- If you are under 18 years of age.
