Mode of Action
How Does It Work?
- Acceclowoc SP tablet contains aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase as active substances.
- Aceclofenac and paracetamol are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) that block the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cyclooxygenase is responsible for the formation of certain substances in the body called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation.
- Serratiopeptidase reduces the relaxation of blood capillaries and also repairs the tissues. This controls fluid from the capillaries from oozing out and decreases swelling around the infected area.
