How to Use
shake both bottles well before using
Nasal Spray
- Blow your nose slightly before using.
- Pump the spray (maybe outside a window) a couple times to see that a mist is being released.
- Press down on one nostril and spray just outside the tip of the other (don't put the nozzle into your nose), pointing slightly away from the centre of your nose.
- Breathe normally through the mouth a couple times. Do not sniff/inhale deeply.
- Repeat in other nostril.
- After a few minutes you can blow your nose to clear out any residual congestion.
depending on your nasal sensitivity you may experience some irritation/stinging.
Mouth Spray
- Just spray twice into your mouth and spread it around with your tongue.
