Zomelis P tablet is used to control high blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes. It contains a combination of vildagliptin and pioglitazone, which improve insulin release after meals and help body tissues respond better to insulin. Together, these actions reduce glucose production by the liver and lower blood glucose levels. Zomelis P tablet is taken by mouth, with or without food, alongside a balanced diet and regular physical activity as prescribed.
