• Eczema and dermatitis: Inflamed, irritated skin can become red, swollen and itchy; Zincort cream helps calm these symptoms during short-term prescribed treatment.
• Allergic skin inflammation: Skin reactions may cause rash, discomfort and persistent itching; Zincort cream reduces the inflammation responsible for these troublesome symptoms.

• Burning sensation: A brief hot feeling may occur immediately after applying clobetasol to inflamed skin. Stop and seek advice if the burning is severe or keeps worsening.
• Stinging sensation: The cream may sting on application, especially on irritated skin. Stop using it and contact your doctor if the area becomes increasingly painful or swollen.
• Skin thinning: Long or heavy use of clobetasol can thin the skin and cause stretch marks or colour changes. Use only for prescribed short-term treatment.

• Use Zincort cream only on the skin area prescribed by your doctor.
• Do not apply it to the face, skin folds or children unless specifically advised.
• Avoid airtight bandages unless directed by a doctor.
• Stop using it and seek advice if the treated area becomes infected.
• Do not use it for longer than prescribed or for more than four consecutive weeks unless your doctor advises it.
