Z Mol Inj is a medicine used for relieving pain and reducing fever. It contains paracetamol. It is used for the short-term treatment of pain especially after surgery and fever when medicines can not

be taken orally by the patient. Paracetamol works by interfering with the release of certain natural chemical substances (prostaglandins) and relieves pain & fever. Can I take Z Mol Inj during pregnancy?

Z Mol Inj can be used during pregnancy if the doctor recommends. But it should be used for a short duration in low doses and not too frequently by pregnant women.

Breast Feeding

Paracetamol passes into breastmilk in small amount. Z Mol Inj can be used during breastfeeding.

Driving
