- As per CDSCO, Venlite Cz 50 mg Tab 10'S is used to treat major depressive disorder.
Contraindications
- If you're allergic to Venlite Cz 50 mg Tab 10'S or any of its components
- In patients with a history of liver disease, kidney disease
- In infants, children less than 18 years old

- Venlite Cz 50mg Tab 10'S, has an increased risk of serious life-threatening breathing problems, coma or sedation if taken with certain medicines:
- Opiate medicines like Codeine or hydrocodone in cough syrup
- Fentanyl, methadone, morphine and tramadol for pain. Symptoms may include dizziness, lightheadedness, difficult breathing or unresponsiveness.
- Your family members or caregiver should be made aware of all the alarming symptoms so that emergency care can be given as and when required.
Interactions with food items
- Avoid Grapefruit or grapefruit juice while taking this medicine may lead to increased side effects of Venlite Cz 50 mg Tab 10'S.
