• As per CDSCO, Venlite Cz 50 mg Tab 10'S is used to treat major depressive disorder.

• If you're allergic to Venlite Cz 50 mg Tab 10'S or any of its components
• In patients with a history of liver disease, kidney disease
• In infants, children less than 18 years old

• Following are the side-effects associated with Venlite Cz 50mg Tab 10'S :
• Confusion
• Memory problems
• Impotence
• Altered sexual desire
• Abnormal body movements
• Decreased ejaculation.

Other General Warnings

• In the initial months of treatment, Venlite Cz 50 mg Tab 10'S may be associated with increased thoughts and actions of self-harm in a few patients. Patients having moved or behavior disorders are more prone to self-harm. You should report at the earliest to your doctor
• Your doctor should be aware of all your medical conditions and medicines

• Follow the directions of use on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor if you have any concerns
• Take Venlite Cz 50 mg Tab 10'S precise as directed
• Take it at around the same time of the day every day
• Swallow the tablets whole with plenty of water; do not split, chew, crush, or dissolve them
• The medicin can be taken with or without food as suggested by your doctor

Interactions with other medicines

• Venlite Cz 50mg Tab 10'S, has an increased risk of serious life-threatening breathing problems, coma or sedation if taken with certain medicines:
• Opiate medicines like Codeine or hydrocodone in cough syrup
• Fentanyl, methadone, morphine and tramadol for pain. Symptoms may include dizziness, lightheadedness, difficult breathing or unresponsiveness.
• Your family members or caregiver should be made aware of all the alarming symptoms so that emergency care can be given as and when required.

Interactions with food items

• Avoid Grapefruit or grapefruit juice while taking this medicine may lead to increased side effects of Venlite Cz 50 mg Tab 10'S.
