Uphold Strip Of 4 Tablets Description

Uphold Tablet is a medication used to manage erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in adult men. It contains two active ingredients: Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. Tadalafil relaxes muscles and i

mproves blood flow to the penis, which is helpful in erectile dysfunction. Dapoxetine increases the level of a chemical messenger in the body, which improves control over ejaculation and increases the time to cause ejaculation. Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation are common male sexual disorders that are often associated with personal negative psychological issues. Dapoxetine, the component of this medicine, is the only approved medication for the treatment of premature ejaculation. The studies have shown that it increases the control and time it takes to ejaculate and reduces the anxiety and frustration common in this condition. Uphold Tablet is only for men. Directions for Use of Uphold Strip Of 4 Tablets

Use the Uphold Tablet precisely as directed by your doctor.
Do not exceed the dosage.
Do not crush, break, or chew Uphold Tablet.
You must swallow the medicine as a whole, with a glass of water, immediately after opening it.
Uphold Tablet can be taken with or without consuming the food.
You must take the tablet one hour before sexual intercourse or as advised by your doctor.

Interactions with other medicines

If you use the Uphold tablet and certain antidepressants (MAO inhibitors), it can cause severe and fatal interactions.
If you are using medicines that affect the heart rhythm, such as thioridazine, Uphold Tablet can worsen their effects and cause heart rhythm problems.
If you are using any antipsychotic medicines, sleeping medication, opioid pain relievers, anti-seizure medicines, it can increase the effects of drowsiness, etc.
Do not use Uphold Tablet if you are using nitrates and medication for pulmonary hypertension.
Uphold Tablet can also interact with the effects of antibiotics, antifungals, anti-TB medicines, anti-anginal medicines, HIV medication, etc.
