Triolmesar Ch 40mg Strip Of 15 Tablets
Description
Triolmesar Ch tablet is a combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure. It contains three active ingredients: amlodipine, olmesartan, and chlorthalidone. It is helpful for treating angina pectoris, which is chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart. The medication works by relaxing the blood vessels, thereby improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure. Triolmesar Ch tablet aids in reducing blood pressure by increasing the amount of water and sodium that your body expels through urine.
You can take Triolmesar Ch tablet with or without food. Do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor, as doing so may result in serious health issues. It is important to avoid using Triolmesar Ch tablet if you have allergies to any of its components, are more than three months pregnant, have kidney diseases, or are diabetic. Prior to starting this medication, make sure to inform your doctor about your medical history and any other medications you are currently taking.
Take Triolmesar Ch tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, typically at the same time each day, and preferably with food. Discontinuing the medication abruptly can lead to significant health complications.
Common side effects include headache, nausea, and dizziness. If these side effects are bothersome, consult your doctor.
