Topinate cream is a topical steroid medicine. It is used to reduce skin conditions such as red bumpy, scaly patches (psoriasis), severe itching associated with heat or sweating, and purple-colored pa
tches with itching and swelling (Lichen planus). It contains clobetasol as its main component. Topinate cream should not be used for any other skin condition other than that prescribed by your doctor. It is meant only for external application and should be applied exactly as your doctor recommends. Do not overuse or over-apply it. Do not ingest or swallow it. Before using Topinate cream, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, breastfeeding and about your complete medical history.

- If you are allergic to clobetasol or any of the ingredients of Topinate cream.
- If you have acne.
- If you have itchy skin (pruritus) without inflammation.
- If you have itching in the genital or anal area.
- If you have rashes and redness around the mouth.
