Swich 200 tablet is an antibiotic medicine. It contains cefpodoxime as its active ingredient. Swich 200 tablet is used to treat various bacterial infections of the ear, nose, throat, lungs, urinary tract, stomach, and reproductive tract. Cefpodoxime prevents the formation of the cell wall and kills the infection-causing bacteria. Take this medicine in the dose as prescribed. You should always complete the entire course of treatment with antibiotics to prevent the risk of re-infection. Inform your doctor about your medical history and if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or are breastfeeding before starting this medicine.
