Spid cold syrup is a combination of two medicine, phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine maleate, which is primarily used to treat symptoms of the common cold. The medication is generally prescribed for
sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose and blocked nose. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the treatment. Store the medication in a cool and dry place.
