- Do not use Shine 10 if:

- You are on SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors)

- You have angle closure glaucoma
- You are suffering from epileptic disorders
- You have acute liver or kidney failure

How Does It Work?
Amitriptyline works by altering certain chemicals or neurotransmitters in your brain such as serotonin and nor-adrenaline. Amitriptyline prevents the reuptake of neurotransmitters between any two adjacent nerve cells of your brain thus increasing the quantity of neurotransmitters between the gap called the 'synaptic cleft'....

Dosage of Shine 10 MG
Overdose
You will feel symptoms such as extreme drowsiness, disoriented, hot and cold sensation, muscle aches, blacking out, seizures, decreased heart rate, irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure, fainting, blurred vision, dry mouth, difficulty to urinate, bladder pain, vomiting, constipation in case of an overdose. In such scenarios, reach out to your doctor or your nearest hospital....
Missed a Dose
If you miss the dose, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is time for your next dose, then avoid the missed dose. Never take two doses until prescribed by your doctor.
