Contraindications
- Do not use Shine 10 if:
- You are allergic to Amitriptyline
- You are a child below 12 years of age
- You have had a recent heart attack
- You have irregular heart beats
- You are on MAO-I (MonoAmine Oxidase Inhibitors)
- You are on SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors)
- You are on drugs that cause QT prolongation like astemizole, disopyramide, ibutilide, procainamide, quinidine
- You have angle closure glaucoma
- You are suffering from epileptic disorders
- You have acute liver or kidney failure

Directions for Use
