Medical Description
S Coldplus tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve common cold symptoms such as a blocked or runny nose, sneezing, headache, body aches and mild fever. It contains paracetamol for pain and fever, diphenhydramine for allergy-related sneezing and watery eyes, phenylephrine for nasal congestion, and caffeine, an alertness-promoting ingredient that can support paracetamol's pain relief. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever, diphenhydramine reduces the effects of histamine, a chemical involved in sneezing and watery eyes, phenylephrine narrows swollen nasal blood vessels, and caffeine may lessen sleepiness. S Coldplus tablet is swallowed whole with water, with or without food, as directed by your doctor.
