Rozagold 10 capsule is a combination medicine that contains rosuvastatin, aspirin and clopidogrel. It is used to prevent heart attack, myocardial infarction (reduced blood flow to the heart muscle), angina (chest pain) and stroke.

A heart attack is a medical emergency that occurs when blood flow to the heart muscle is blocked, preventing the heart muscle from working properly. It is mainly caused by a buildup of cholesterol inside the walls of blood vessels, which can form plaque. When plaque breaks, a blood clot can form and block the blood flow to the heart muscle, causing a heart attack. Rosuva Gold capsule, Rosumac Gold capsule, Roseday capsule, Novastat Gold tablet, Rozucor Gold capsule, Rosutor Gold tablet and Razel Gold capsule are some more medicines with rosuvastatin, aspirin and clopidogrel as their active ingredients.

Rozagold capsule works by preventing the formation of cholesterol and lowering its levels in the blood. It also inhibits the formation of blood clots that can cause blockage in blood vessels. Your doctor will determine the dose and duration of treatment based on your individual medical history.

If you are allergic to rosuvastatin, aspirin, clopidogrel or any other ingredients of Rozagold capsule.
If you have breathing difficulty after taking this medicine.
If you are suffering from liver disease, myopathy (muscle-related condition), hypothyroidism or gout.
If you have an ulcer or bleeding from the stomach, bowel or from any other part of the body.
If you have bleeding disorders such as haemophilia (hereditary disease) or thrombocytopenia (decrease platelet count).
If you are taking a medicine containing cyclosporine or methotrexate.
If you suffer from kidney or liver-related disease.
If you are a pregnant or lactating mother.
If you regularly drink large amounts of alcohol.
