Medical Description

Relcer Gel is a combination medicine that works as an antacid and anti-flatulent. It helps to balance the acid secretions in the stomach and contains active ingredients such as aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, simethicone and liquorice. Along with reducing gas problems, ulcers, heartburn, and pain in the abdomen due to gas formation, it also helps to alleviate flatulence. To get the best results, it is important to follow all the instructions given by your doctor and take the medicine at the same time every day. Adequate dietary and lifestyle modifications should also be made.

Q: What is acid reflux?

A: There is a valve-like structure called the sphincter between the food pipe and stomach. This valve prevents the acid and the food in your stomach from coming back into the food pipe.
