Directions for Use
- Puregraf 150 IU Injection should be given intravenously as directed by the physician
- Treatment should be initiated under the supervision of the physician only
Storage and disposal
- Before reconstitution, store Puregraf 150 IU injection in a refrigerator at 2°C – 8°C
- Do not freeze
- After reconstitution of medicine, the solution can be stored for a maximum of 28 days at room temperature, beyond 25°C

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- No drug interaction studies have been done for menotropin
- A non-controlled clinical trial has shown clomiphene citrate may increase follicular response when given with menotropin
Other general Interactions
- Women on menotropin treatment may require larger doses of menotropin for favourable results
- Patients with diabetes mellitus requiring drug therapy may require adjustment with insulin/diabetic medications when somatropin therapy is started
